Terms of service

These terms cover your use of goradsocial.com, the client portal and the services of Rad Social LLC (“Rad Social,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly, at the price on our pricing page when you sign up, until you cancel.
• Any setup fee is shown on the pricing page and charged once, with your first payment.
• Plans have no long term contract.
• À la carte services are billed at the price listed, or at the price we quote you before the work starts.
• Payments are handled by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel from the billing page in your client portal, or by emailing support@goradsocial.com. Cancelling stops future monthly charges.

Your part

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Give us access to the accounts you want us to manage.
• Show up for your content sessions, or let us know ahead of time if you can’t.
• Check your posts in the client portal. You’re responsible for what you approve.

Your brand and your accounts

Your business name, logo, brand and social media accounts stay yours. You let us use what you send us, and the content we make for you, to run the accounts you hired us to manage.

No promises about results

We work hard for every client, but we can’t promise specific results like followers, views, leads or sales. Social media apps change their rules, and some things are out of anyone’s control.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site or the portal, try to break into them, or use them to break the law. Keep your login to yourself.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
