This policy covers Rad Social LLC (“Rad Social,” “we,” “us”). It explains what we collect through goradsocial.com and our client portal, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send through a form: your name and email. You can also share your phone number, business name and a message.
- Account details when you become a client. That means your login email, business details and onboarding answers. It also covers the files you upload, your messages and your approvals on posts.
- Payment details, which go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic data your browser sends, like your device type and the pages you visit. We also keep a scrambled version of your IP address to stop spam.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and give you the services you sign up for.
- To run your client account, your billing and your content calendar.
- To email you about your account. We only send marketing emails if you ask for them.
- To keep the site safe and stop spam.
Your social media accounts
To post for you, we need access to your social media accounts. We never ask for your passwords. You add Rad Social as a partner or manager on each account. You can remove that access any time in each app’s settings. We only use that access to do the work you hired us for.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in to the client portal. You can block cookies in your browser, but the portal won’t work without them.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business. That means website hosting, our database, email and payments. They get only what they need to do that job. We may also share it if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, fix or delete your information at any time. Email support@goradsocial.com and we’ll take care of it.
Kids
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
