What it costs

How much does a social media marketing agency cost?

It varies with the work included. Compare the number of posts, filming time, editing and day-to-day management, not just the monthly number. Rad Social Monthly is $400 a month, plus a one time $100 setup fee. Full Service is $1,200 a month.

How much should I pay someone to manage my social media?

Look at what you get each week along with the monthly price. Our $400 plan includes five posts a week, edited reels, captions, scheduling and a content session at your business every month. That covers making the content as well as posting it.

How much does it cost to hire a social media manager for a small business?

With Rad Social, $400 a month on Monthly, plus a one time $100 setup fee. Or $1,200 a month on Full Service. No long term contract on either.

How much does it cost to hire a social media handler?

A social media handler and a social media manager are the same job. At Rad Social it’s $400 or $1,200 a month. The pricing page lists everything each plan includes.

How much does it cost to promote on social media?

The published plans price content creation and organic posting. Paid ad management and ad spend are not listed in those plans. Ask Tearah about a separate paid promotion project before budgeting for one.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Rad Social Monthly has a one time $100 setup fee. It covers a 30 minute brand strategy session, onboarding, a profile review, your brand voice and your first content plan.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Neither plan has a long term contract.

Is it worth it?

Is it worth paying a social media manager?

It is if posting keeps falling off your list. Most owners know they should post. They just can’t do it every week and run a business too. We take that job off your plate.

Is it worth paying for social media marketing?

For a local business, the win is being the name people near you already know when they need you. Tearah calls it being five mile famous.

Will posting bring me more jobs, or just views?

No posting schedule can guarantee booked jobs. Social helps nearby people see your work and recognize your business before they need it. Look at inquiries and booked work alongside reach and engagement, so you can judge what is useful to your business.

Should I focus on social media or Google first?

For a local business, both can matter. An accurate Google Business Profile and customer reviews help people find and assess you when they search. Social lets them see the people and work behind the name. The right starting point depends on how your customers find you now.

Can I hire someone to run my Instagram?

Yes. We plan, film, edit and post to Instagram, plus Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile when they fit your business.

Can I pay someone to do my social media?

Yes. You show up for one content session a month and approve your posts. We handle the rest.

What does a social media manager do?

Plans what to post, makes the photos and videos, writes the captions, posts on a schedule and checks what’s working. On Full Service we also answer your comments and DMs.

How it works

Do I have to be on camera?

Not if you don’t want to be. We can film your crew, your work and your space. If you do get on camera, we ask the questions, so there’s nothing to memorize.

How often will you post?

Rad Social Monthly posts 5 times a week, Monday through Friday. Rad Social Full Service is everything in Monthly, plus 4 edited reels + 1 photo or graphic post every week.

How many times a week should a business post?

Showing up steady matters more than any magic number. In Tearah’s words: “it’s not so much what you post, it is how consistent you are in your posting.” Our plans post five days a week, every week, so your page never goes quiet.

What is the ideal amount to post on Instagram?

There’s no perfect number. Steady beats bursts. We post on weekdays, on the apps that fit your business.

Do I get to approve posts?

Yes. You review your posts before they go out. Approve them or ask for changes.

How will I know whether it is working?

Monthly includes a monthly performance review. Full Service adds weekly monitoring and more detailed monthly analytics. Before work starts, decide which inquiries and business goals matter to you, so the review goes beyond likes and views.

Which platforms do you post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, depending on what fits your business.

Where are you based? What areas do you serve?

Rad Social is based in Gilbert and focuses on East Valley and Prescott businesses. Broader Arizona and out-of-state inquiries are welcome; out-of-state clients can use standard plan pricing. Out-of-area filming travel is quoted separately.

For your business

What should a local business post on social media?

Start with the real work, the people customers meet and the questions your team answers every week. Useful, specific posts help people understand your business without promising a particular result.

Do Facebook ads work for local businesses?

Ads can put an offer in front of more people, but the result depends on the offer, targeting and follow-up. Rad Social’s published plans focus on creating and posting organic content. Ask Tearah separately about paid promotion rather than assuming ad management is included.

What are common social media marketing mistakes?

Posting in bursts and then going quiet. Posting the same video on every app. Chasing trends before you’ve built the habit. And letting one mean comment stop you.
