Tearah Rice started Rad Social in Gilbert, Arizona.
Her background is roofing. She was hired to run marketing for a roofing company and built its marketing department. She handled the social media, the events and the new business.
Rad Social takes what worked there and does it for other small businesses: real people and real work, posted week after week.

Who is Tearah Rice?
Tearah is the founder of Rad Social and a woman in roofing. Her personal page, Not Your Average Roofer, is loud, funny and very her. That’s the point.
When she started in roofing marketing, she didn’t know much about roofing or social media. She learned both on the job. She says that’s exactly why she gets how it feels to start from zero.
What is “five mile famous”?
It’s the goal behind everything Rad Social does. You don’t need millions of views. You need the people within about five miles of you to know your name, your face and your business.
Tearah is quick to say she didn’t invent the phrase. She just lives by it.
Why the trades?
Because that’s where she comes from. Contractors and home service owners work hard, do great work, and rarely have time to show it. Tearah knows those businesses from the inside.
How does she work with clients?
In person, once a month. Rad Social comes to your business to film, asks the questions, and helps you put into words what makes you different. Then we edit and post for you every weekday.
Where is Rad Social based?
Rad Social is based in Gilbert and focuses on businesses across the East Valley and in Prescott. Broader Arizona and out-of-state inquiries are welcome; out-of-area filming travel is quoted separately.

Your company, your voice. Corny is fine. Stiff isn’t. People hire people they feel like they know.
Keep showing up.
Posting works like reps at the gym. The more you do, the easier it gets, so keep going even when a post feels rough.
