What does a social media manager do?
A social media manager plans what to post and makes the photos and videos. They write the captions, post on a schedule and check what’s working.
With Rad Social, that’s all of it. On Full Service we also answer your comments and DMs and engage with your community every day.
What do I get each week?
It depends on your plan. Here’s what the offer includes:
- Rad Social Monthly: 5 posts per week, Monday through Friday, with at least 2 edited reels + 3 photo or graphic posts.
- Rad Social Full Service: everything in Monthly, plus 4 edited reels + 1 photo or graphic post every week.
What’s my job?
Show up for your content session once a month and look over your posts. That’s it.
You review your posts before they go live. Approve them or ask for a change.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, as they fit your business. A plumber and a boutique don’t need the same apps, so we pick the ones that make sense for you.
Is there a contract?
No. Both plans have no long term contract.
What’s the difference between the $400 and $1,200 plan?
Monthly makes your content and posts it. Full Service also runs the day-to-day of your pages.
Full Service adds more filming time, up to 4 hours a month. We also engage with your community every day and manage your inbox, DMs and comments. You get weekly trend and competitor research, weekly custom emails and a monthly strategy meeting.
How do you measure how it’s going?
On Monthly you get a monthly performance review.
On Full Service we watch your numbers every week and adjust. Each month you get in-depth analytics and a strategy meeting to go over them.

Rad Social Monthly is $400 a month, plus a one time $100 setup fee. Rad Social Full Service is $1,200 a month.
